Our planet is pretty important to us, and we hope it is important to you too.  We believe that it is a good decision to build into our design as much “sustainability” as possible.  The way we go about this is by always looking for how we can reduce the energy that a system will use; reduce the amount of water that a system will use; and reduce the amount of waste or emissions that a system will produce.  We know that we don’t have to be working on a LEED project to use these principles, and we know that there are generally long term financial benefits to you if we use these concepts.

Of course, sometimes you actually do want to apply for LEED accreditation for a new construction project, major renovation, interior renovation, or for an existing building. We can definitely support your initiative by preparing the appropriate information required for this process.  We can also provide the simulation data through our Energy Model service to demonstrate the level of energy reduction over the baseline building.
